Shadow 65 is offered as a pre-sale product. By placing and paying for an order, you reserve a unit from the current production run and accept the terms below.
- Production time: at least 4 months. Delivery times are estimates; any changes will be announced through official channels.
- In case of delays, delivery priority follows the order of payment time. All pre-sale deposits and locked-in pre-sale orders are final sale. For special circumstances, please contact us.
- Please confirm your preferred color and configuration before checkout — changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
- Enter your Discord ID in the order notes at checkout so we can register your order and share production updates.
- Images are product renders for illustration purposes. Final product may vary slightly in color and finish due to materials and production processes.
- Each unit is produced in small batches; minor variations between units are normal and not considered defects.
- Specifications may be refined during production. Any significant changes will be announced before the lock-in deadline.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States and Canada once production of the current batch is complete.
- Processing: Shadow 65 is made to order with a production time of at least 4 months. Estimated delivery times may change; official notifications shall prevail.
- Delivery: International shipping times vary by destination. A tracking number will be shared via email and Discord when your order ships.
- Customs: Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Case: H62 brass + 6063 aluminum alloy + high-strength nylon
What's in the kit:
- Case parts: top & bottom cases, 3D-printed weight, nameplate, scroll wheel, encoder locking clip, M2×5 screws (assorted)
- Internal parts: plate, plate foam, switch pads, bottom foam ×2 sheets, PCB, silicone gasket columns ×2 sets, rubber feet ×3 strips, light guide strips ×2
- PCB: 1.2 mm black-core with ENIG (immersion gold) finish, flex-cut slots, hot-swappable, QMK/VIA support
- Plate: flex-cut FR4, plate-mounted stabilizers
- Bottom foam: one 0.5 mm sheet + one 2 mm perforated sheet
